In this course we focus on the topic of mindfulness as part of conscious Pilates bodywork. The main focus is on feeling and perceiving the body precisely. The classic deep muscle training is particularly suitable for gaining a feeling for different body spaces and coordinative processes. Pleasant and harmonious movements help to achieve an aesthetic sense of movement.

  • No shoes are needed.
