Gesamter Kurszeitraum:
Dodgeball (also known as Merkball) is a variation of traditional German dodgeball games such as Zweifelderball and Völkerball. All players compete against each other on a playing area of approximately 8 × 8 metres. Players try to hit each other by throwing the ball within the playing area.
Depending on the session, one or two SOFT balls will be used. Players who are hit must leave the playing area. They may only return once the person who hit them has been hit themselves. Catching the ball does not count as being hit. In addition to improving agility, this course helps develop spatial awareness, throwing accuracy, and endurance.
Note: The exact rules will be explained at the beginning of the course and displayed throughout the sessions.
