Gesamter Kurszeitraum:
This Acroyoga class focuses on the acrobatic aspect of the sport. Unlike traditional acrobatics, Acroyoga is performed primarily while lying down rather than standing. The classic formation consists of a base, a flyer, and possibly a spotter. As a base, you’ll learn to balance another person on your hands and feet and discover how easy it is to make your flyers “fly” with the right technique. As a flyer, you’ll use body tension, balance, and technique to take off into a wide variety of positions. The spotter is there to provide support and ensure the safety of everyone involved, so that at the end of the day, everyone can go home unharmed. You’ll always have the opportunity to get to know and appreciate all three roles. The class itself is divided into two parts: In the first part (20–30 minutes), in addition to a general warm-up, a variety of team-building strength and stretching exercises are introduced and practiced to prepare for the acrobatic portion of the class. The second part focuses on partner acrobatics, which are performed in individual exercises by two to three people. Each exercise is tailored individually after consultation with the course instructors.
In addition, the following principles apply to the course: it is suitable for everyone, no prior experience or specific fitness level is required, and participation is possible with or without a partner.
Notes:
