Padel* - Spielkurs
verantwortlich: Robert Deparade

Padel is a dynamic and increasingly popular sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It is played on a rectangular court surrounded by glass walls and divided into two halves by a net. The game is characterised by fast-paced rallies and a strong tactical element.

Usually played in doubles, padel involves four players using specially designed rackets and a low-pressure ball. One of the sport’s defining features is that the walls are actively incorporated into the game, as the ball can rebound off them. This creates a wide range of tactical possibilities. At the same time, padel helps improve coordination and endurance and is suitable for people of various ages.

Padel is generally easy to pick up, making it particularly appealing to beginners. At the same time, it offers enough depth and variety to challenge more experienced players. Since playing together is at the heart of the sport, padel also promotes teamwork and communication. The relaxed atmosphere on the court makes it easy to combine physical activity with fun.
