Du willst dich auf keine Ballsportart festlegen und dich regelmäßig auspowern? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! Denn bei uns findest du die perfekte Auszeit vom Uni- oder Berufsalltag – mit abwechslungsreichen Teamsportarten, die nicht nur konditionell fordern, sondern auch richtig Spaß machen. Ob Anfänger:in oder Sportskanone, alle sind willkommen! Fairplay und gute Stimmung stehen bei uns an erster Stelle. Jede Einheit startet mit einem kurzen Warm-up und gezielten Übungen für verschiedene Muskelgruppen. Danach geht es direkt in den Spielmodus. Je nach Lust, Laune und Gruppengröße spielen wir Basketball, Fußball, Volleyball, Zweifelderball, Badminton oder was uns sonst noch einfällt. Im Sommer verlegen wir das Ganze gerne auch mal nach draußen – frische Luft inklusive.

You don’t want to commit to just one ball sport and enjoy staying active? Then this course is for you! Take a break from your university or work routine and get active with a variety of team sports. Each session combines a short warm-up and targeted exercises for different muscle groups with plenty of time for games and play.Depending on the group size, interests and mood, we may play basketball, football, volleyball, dodgeball, badminton or other sports. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, everyone is welcome. Fair play, an inclusive atmosphere and, above all, having fun are at the heart of the course. During the summer, we may also take the sessions outdoors and enjoy some fresh air while staying active.
Notes: Clean indoor sports shoes are required.
