Feeling mentally overloaded with your student life responsibilities? This course offers a safe space to explore mental load - how keeping track of tasks, making constant decisions, and frequently switching between activities can impact your well-being. It starts with a short mindfulness ritual and sharing of experiences, followed by a brief input from psychologist M.Sc. Natalie Hartig. Together, we develop practical, everyday strategies to manage cognitive and emotional overload, reduce decision fatigue, and structure tasks efficiently. This is not a therapy program; information on support services at the university and across Germany is provided. A respectful, confidential atmosphere ensures everyone feels safe to participate.
