Yoga - Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga English (INDOOR)

In this classes we combine vinyasas, that means flowing with the breath, ujjayi breath (diaphragmatic breath) and bandhas (the contraction of specific muscles). We also use drishtis (gazing points). The asanas (postures) help you to improve strength and flexibility while the pranayama (breath work) and meditation help to reduce stress, anxiety and calm the over-active mind. Come and discover the wonderful practise of Ashtanga vinyasa for yourselves.

Tips:

  •   Please wear comfortable/sporty clothing.
  •   Not suitable for pregnant women.
