BBM is a specific type of breathwork that centers around 'coherent breathing', which is continuous breathing at a rate of 5 breaths/minute, with equal length inhales and exhales. The practice includes 4 parts: Activating, Balancing, Calming, and Integrative. The Activating and Balancing parts prepare the body and mind for deep focus and consist of simple body movements combined with breathwork, The Calming part focuses on coherent breathing and awareness techniques while The Integrative part is concerned with re-awakening the calmed body and mind. The practice is suitable for all.
