The beginning of the new year is associated with many thoughts to resume the last year and many expectations for new one. What often gets lost from view is the here and now. This is what we focus on in this workshop. On a walk which will take around 1.5 hours, we will lookfor places of silence – on campus and within ourselves. You will learn more about the ideas of mindfulness and we will look concretely at how to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. In between we take time for movement breaks and learn more about how to practice mindfulness.
