Dance Fitness is a sweat-inducing workout and a perfect combination of dance and fitness elements. Strength, coordination, cardio and flexibility are trained to energizing and motivating music in an energetic full-body workout using a wide variety of dance moves. In contrast to a regular aerobic class, you don't need to memorize complicated choreographies, as each song has its own simple choreography, similar to a Zumba class. Each workout is framed by a warm-up and cool-down. This class is suitable for anyone who enjoys music and exercise.
