Dance Yoga - English (INDOOR)

In this course, mindfulness and movement merge in a very special way. We will work together to combine contemporary dance elements with yoga flows and thus create an harmonic union. We will seek a mindful and controlled bodywork approach, focusing on breathing and relaxation. Naturally, the body experiences a special mobilization of the spine, shoulder girdle and pelvis as well as all large joints. A gentle combination of strengthening, stretching, fitness training and coordination supports your overall well-being.

Tips:

  • No previous dance or yogic experience is necessary.
  • Please waer comfortable clothing.
