Gesund Studieren - Neurodiverse & Organized (EN)
verantwortlich: Laura Maut

ADHD, autism, etc. are not deficits, but expressions of neurodivergent ways of thinking - often associated with special abilities, but also with their very own challenges in everyday student life. This programme is about how you can make targeted use of your strengths and at the same time deal better with typical stumbling blocks such as sensory overload, procrastination or concentration problems. You will receive tips on how to structure your everyday life, organise your energy better, keep your focus and what compensation for disadvantages you are entitled to. The aim is to organise your studies so that they really suit you - not the other way round.
