Ultimate Frisbee kombiniert Elemente aus American Football und Handball mit jeder Menge Athletik, Fairplay und Spaß. Alles, was du brauchst, sind mind. drei Mitspieler:innen pro Team und ein Feld mit markierten Endzonen und schon kann’s losgehen! Und das Ganze ohne Körperkontakt und externe:n Schiedsrichter:in. Level 1-2:
Der Level 1-2-Kurs richtet sich an alle, die am Strand schon mal eine Frisbeescheibe einfach nur so hin- und hergeworfen haben und natürlich ebenso an diejenigen, denen ein runder Plasteteller total fremd ist. Im Kurs werden die Grundwurfarten (Vorhand, Rückhand, Overhead und Knife, In- und Outside) sowie einfache technische und taktische Elemente der Sportart vermittelt und vor allem auch Ultimate Frisbee gespielt.

Ultimate Frisbee combines elements of American football and handball with athleticism, fair play and plenty of fun. Run, throw and catch your way to victory by catching the disc in the opposing end zone. The game is played without physical contact and without external referees – fair play and self-officiating are essential parts of the sport.
Whether you are new to Ultimate Frisbee or already have experience, this course offers the opportunity to stay active, develop your skills and enjoy playing together as a team.
Level 1-2: This course is aimed at anyone who has occasionally thrown a Frisbee at the beach, as well as those who are completely new to the sport. You will learn the basic throwing techniques (forehand, backhand, overhead and knife, including inside-out and outside-in throws), as well as basic technical and tactical skills. Most importantly, there will be plenty of time to play Ultimate Frisbee.
