The introductory training session is required for everyone who’s new to our fitness club and wants to start training here – whether you're a total beginner or already have experience from other gyms. The introductory Training is generel in german, but all coaches can speak english as well.
Please make sure to arrive on time, as late arrivals can no longer participate in the session.
General orientation and club rules
Instructions on how to use the strength and cardio machines – including variations and alternative exercises
Overview of training options with free weights, cable machines, balance/sensorimotor training, and bodyweight exercises
Scheduling a separate appointment for your health assessment, fitness test, and personalized training plan
After completing the intro session, you’ll be free to use the goFIT facilities during all available times according to your ticket.
Please bring with you:
Clean indoor sports shoes
Sportswear
A towel to use on the equipment
Your student, staff, or alumni ID
A padlock for your locker in the changing room
