Yoga - Meditation (English description)

In this course, you are invited to slow down, deepen your awareness, and get to know yourself on a more profound inner level. Step by step, you will learn to leave everyday life behind, clear your mind, and develop a mindful connection to your inner self. Meditation serves as a gentle companion on this inward journey—without the need for any external tools. Everything you need is already within you. Through guided relaxation practices and the cultivation of awareness, we create a solid foundation for a deeper meditation practice. The course is complemented by selected techniques from yoga that support you in turning your senses inward, strengthening your concentration, and entering a meditative state. This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior experience in meditation or yoga is required, although a regular Hatha Yoga practice can be beneficial.

tips:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and bring warm socks as well as something to put on or a light blanket so you can stay comfortable during relaxation.
  • Please also bring a large towel for the mat.
