Why do we often wait until the last minute to get started? Putting off tasks – often referred to as procrastination – is a major challenge for many students in their everyday study life. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to recognise your own procrastination patterns and use simple methods to create new opportunities for action in your everyday student life. Together with other students, you will reflect on typical obstacles, try out strategies to overcome your inner demons, and get inspiration from Feel Good Campus about the support available to you. The workshop offers a mix of input, self-reflection, and practical tips – compact, relevant to everyday life, and directly applicable.
