This course teaches basics of Yoga Meditation as practical advice for correct and comfortable sitting position, energizing practices for more alertness up to knowledge of the science of meditation. Meditation helps to overcome the ongoing circle of thoughts and enables the practitioner to take on the role of the observer. Further techniques can serve to surmount unpleasant behavioural patterns. By turning one?s attention inside and by allowing silence the meditator creates a connection to his essence, his most inner Self. The gained experiences show how to live in the presence, how much joy there can be in only one awake moment. The thaught form of Yoga Meditation offers to walk this way together with the support/assistance of an experienced teacher and the exchange in a group.
