A yoga class that is built from the ground up to teach the fundamental principles for an effective asana practice.

This class is designed for beginners who are looking for techniques with a beneficial effect on the body and mind as well as for the experienced who want to focus on the underlying principles before turning to further stages.

The class is finished with a deep relaxation practice. At the end of the class there is an opportunity to ask questions.

Tips:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing.
  • The yoga classes are NOT suitable for pregnant women, as yoga exercises have a systemic effect. Also in early pregnancy special pregnancy classes should be preferred.
  • Attention: 3G rule! For this course it is obligatory to show a test certificate issued to the participating person for each appointment (a self-test is not valid in this case). Persons who can prove that they have been fully vaccinated and have recovered are excepted from this rule. If the seven-day incidence is < 35 for five consecutive days, the proof requirement is not required.
  • Locker rooms and showers are available subject to spacing and masking requirements. However, showing up in sportswear is still strongly recommended.
  • Changes of the participation conditions in context with COVID-19 cannot be excluded due to political decisions. This does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund of the course fee.
  • Our COVID-19 rules of conduct apply to course activities and the respective sports facilities.
